PRAXIS

This is the
building point.

From learning AI to putting it to work.

On-the-job learning: each person builds, with a Lifeguard, an AI solution for a real task in their own job.

The challenge

AI only delivers results when it reaches real work, with support and measurement. Training on its own rarely changes how a team works day to day.

PRAXIS creates a safe learning zone inside your organisation: each person applies AI to a real challenge in their own work, with a Lifeguard by their side. It can follow on from AI Dive or start from a project you have already identified.

“PRAXIS created a safe learning zone inside our organisation.”

Frequently asked questions

A continuous, on-the-job learning programme in which each employee applies AI to a real challenge in their own work, with a Lifeguard by their side.

AI Dive is the natural route, but not a prerequisite. Employees can also start directly from a task in their own work.

The person who builds with the employee, not for them: they guide, challenge, support and unblock, in sessions and between them. Our Lifeguards have a software engineering background and come from 42, a school with no teachers or lectures, where people learn through projects and from each other. Solving hard problems and passing on what they know is how they learned. They also run AI Dive, and every project has a senior consultant behind it.

Repetitive, high-volume tasks with visible impact, such as preparing information, handling emails, consolidating data or admin processes.

Each project starts with a baseline and a target agreed with the sponsor, and ends with a measured result: time, quality, adoption and ROI.

No. We don’t build it for you: the Lifeguard builds it with your employee. The outcome is a solution in use and, above all, internal capability.

Yes. Tools and systems are checked with IT at the start, data always stays in the company, and a person always reviews what the AI produces. The solution is yours too.

Preferably the ones you already have. Tools are agreed with you, so the solution keeps running after the programme.

Projects that require integrating with or changing core platforms (ERP, SAP), automation without human review, sensitive data, or processes still being defined. In those cases we propose a different route.
